It is very satisfying to see your organization work independently. When we started pracitcing, if I wasn't there it meant there was no class. No practice. No club. Our club now numbers 15. This growth, and a bit of experience in the "upperclassmen," allows us all to take time for trips and things of that nature while still having class held. Sure it might be more informal, but there is still practice occuring. No backsliding, only growth. It warms my heart to see the class work together to learn, and I'm proud of all of them as well as for the success of our club.
